We work closely with some of Maine’s most talented vendors— from sailcloth tents with Wallace Rentals to florists, caterers, and shuttles—ensuring every detail feels seamless, intentional, and true to your vision.

Booking with us means the entire property is yours—from the private waterfront bar and pavilion to the Blue House, Island House, and Apartment—creating a private setting for everything from an intimate ceremony to a full wedding weekend.

On-site accommodations for 18–20 guests are thoughtfully arranged across three beautifully remodeled spaces, each designed for comfort, gathering, and connection.

Located on the east side of the property, our ceremony and reception areas are thoughtfully positioned to create an effortless flow—allowing guests to move seamlessly from the ceremony site straight to the reception lawn.
