The Reception Lawn
Located on the east side of the property below the ceremony site, the reception lawn welcomes up your guests for dinner, drinks, and dancing. Whether you wander down the wooded path or arrive by road, you're met with panoramic views of Frenchman Bay and a setting that feels distinctly Maine.
As a venue-only property, you'll have the freedom to design your celebration. Couples are responsible for arranging event rentals—including the tent, tables, chairs, linens, lighting, and other event essentials. To make planning easier, we've curated a list of our trusted preferred vendors, featuring rental companies and local professionals we know and love.
Ceremony Site
Perched at the highest point of the property, the ceremony site overlooks Frenchman Bay and the rugged Maine coastline beyond. A handcrafted stone aisle leads to the altar, offering ample space for florals, lanterns, or other personal touches while blending naturally into the surrounding landscape.
After the ceremony, guests can make their way along a winding woodland path to the reception lawn below, allowing the celebration to unfold seamlessly from one space to the next.
