This 3-bed, 2-bath home offers generous space and contemporary comfort throughout. The open living room features gorgeous original wood and a functioning stone fireplace, while the adjacent dining room overlooks Mount Desert Island.

An oversized deck sits perched above the water, framed by windows that bring in endless natural light and views. Upstairs, there is a renovated bath, a queen guest room, and a spacious primary bedroom with a king bed and a serene view so beautiful it feels like a painting.

The winding wooden boardwalk carries you from the mainland, across the water, and through a quiet stretch of forest before arriving at the Island House. Originally built for those who worked the property's lobster pound, the home remains a simple, timeless retreat.
