Tucked along Maine’s coast, The Foggy Pearl offers a rare balance of refinement and ease. The property is yours alone—from the waterfront bar and pavilion to the Blue House and Island House—creating a private, one-of-a-kind setting for everything from an intimate ceremony to a full wedding weekend. We offer on-site accommodations for up to 18-20 guests across three spaces—The Blue House, The Island House, and The Apartment. Each space is beautifully remodeled and designed for comfort, with full kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas for gathering before and after the celebration.
Wedding Packages
The Foggy Pearl is a venue-only property, giving you the freedom to design your day exactly as you imagine it. Rather than working within a set package, you have the flexibility to curate your own experience—from the tent design and catering to the flowers, music, and flow of the weekend.
We work closely with some of Maine’s most talented vendors— from sailcloth tents with Wallace Rentals to florists, caterers, and shuttles—ensuring every detail feels seamless, intentional, and true to your vision.
